Africa Wetu Foundation (AWF) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information entrusted to us by our donors and all others who use this website.This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The Africa Wetu Foundation- NPC and its affiliates (collectively, “Africa Wetu Foundation,” “AWF”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, protect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users (“you,” “your,” or “User”) of the www.africawetufoundation.org website and derivative or affiliated websites or applications on which this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the “Site”). However, no personal information is collected during the tracking process.

Financial Records and Card Details: All financial payments and records are held in accordance with The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”). All credit/debit card donations made online or by phone, are made securely through third party service providers and payment gateways, which comply with the PCI DSS. Unredacted card details are not recorded and stored on our systems.

We do not store unredacted financial details (credit or debit card numbers) obtained through online transactions nor do we pass any information to third parties, except where we are legally required to do so, to assist fraud reduction, or to provide a service requested and minimize credit risks.

Refund Policy: All donations are final. Donations are not refundable.

Please note that in certain circumstances, Africa Wetu Foundation may not be able to completely remove all copies of your information from its systems, including backup systems.
